From Monday 6th December, Metro only tickets will not be valid on our services. Bus and Metro, and nNetwork tickets will still be accepted as normal.
Customers with a Metro only or Metro element included in their ticket can request a refund for the part of the ticket they have been unable to use while Metro services are suspended. If you purchase your ticket via direct debit, you do not need to do anything, an email will be sent to you with details of the arrangements in place.
